This is a small locally owned restaurant that makes great pizza. We always get the New Mexico united but have tried most of the others. Fresh ingredients ingredients make this the best.

**Gluten Free crust available!!** I just happened to be in Placitas today while my husband was biking and stopped into Placitas Pizza Co. Service was quick and friendly. While I was waiting the man working (I think he might have been an owner?) told me the story of how the pizza I ordered came to be (the Barbacotta this is apparently a made up word, lol! I loved the personal touch of learning something about the pizza & restaurant). It was a dish he made at a previous restaurant that everyone loved and let me say-- I'm SO GLAD they decided to put these toppings on a pizza! Delicious! I ordered two GF pizza and waited about 10 ish minutes, super quick! They were both DELICIOUS and didn't skimp on toppings. The red sauce was great! I mean, just look at those photos!

Don't sleep on this pizza, it's amazing. We walked in and ordered 2 pizzas. Super friendly and quick. Gluten-free pizza was perfect. Sometimes gluten-free crust is gummy but this one was perfect.

My family & I were heading up to Placitas for a day of hiking, and this was our first time stopping by and trying the pizza. Very DELICIOUS! We ordered the Large NM United and we loved it. Everything about the pizza was very tasty. We definitely will recommend and stop by any chance we get. Definitely worth it! Thank you.

The pizza was excellent. The service was very good, friendly, and attentive. The only drawback is the lack of seating; however, it is a great place to order from if you are picking up as many people did while we were there. I highly recommend trying them!

I got the 12 inch NM Uniti for takeout after a run at Placitas Trailhead. It was plenty of food to fill me and it was tasty. The crust was crunchy but not too hard and the pizza had a nice ratio of pepperoni to green chilies. The staff was friendly and the pizza was hot and fresh when I arrived.

We love our cute, local little pizza shop! Excellent pizza, subs and salads! The owner Tony is very cool and always pleasant. Also check out The Merc if you’re in the area
